- 2.4 - The Wave Structure of Matter can help to explain Evolution.

We have just seen in this chapter 2 that the living, be it in its biological nature or its economic behaviour, developed and undertook its activity by pulsations whose regularity is connected with wave phenomena.
That appears a new node on the thread that leads us towards an explanation of Evolution mechanisms.
- We saw in the previous chapter that masses of living or non living beings are distributed on a cosine curve, from the elementary particle to the Universe.
- We have accounted for this arrangement by the beat of two large waves travelling in opposite ways through the entire Universe, with a phase difference of π/10 one from the other. They associate in turn, constructively then destructively, creating between them a beat wave.
- We will show now that it is a question, not only of two waves, but of the additive boiling of all the vibrations of all the constituents of the living and non living.

This assertion is not baseless; it rests on numerous observations exposed on this site that I have gathered in five convergent demonstrations which correspond with the main chapters of this work.
The first is that the envelop curve of this beat wave, a sinusoid which is the phase wave (blue), bears the masses of all this beings. I made the demonstration in the previous chapter. I content myself here with presenting the main figure which will be useful :

Figure 1

The second demonstration is the subject of this chapter. I drew this blue curve for the first time in 1970; I had placed on the ordinates the masses of individuals, expressed in number of elementary particles. And since then, I have tried to understand this curve, thinking "mass", or at least "number of constituents". It was only when I have been able to associate this curve with the universal system of waves that gradually the things were cleared up.
It can be question of number of components, or of something which, taking in each component the unit value, adds as the components add. The mass could look adequate ; but if we talk about waves, it can be the amplitude : as from the moment when we demonstrate the wave nature of matter and that mass is in fact the frequency of repositioning, the amplitudes become interesting because they can add or subtract. Furthermore I show in previous pages that all the effort of Evolution consists in putting in phase the pulses of its constituents, which are added creating periodic motions of more and more large amplitudes, or when they oppose in other places or in other moments, destroy and cancel. Hence it appears that this red beat wave (fig. 1) is in fact produced, not only by two large waves as I said at the beginning of the demonstration in order to simplify, but also by all the waves, of all the sizes until those of elementary particles, which by their vibrations make up the living systems. As I show in these pages, they are very numerous and of all the lengths and frequencies, and can be between them of all the phases. Their amplitudes add or subtract; but if an effort is made in order to put them in phase, level by level, they pile up in waves of larger dimensions which finally generate the beats we see on this figure.

There would thus exist large waves travelling through the entire Universe, which would be at the same time the product and the holder of numerous smaller waves. These could be at the origin of the elementary particles, as we will see in the next chapter, and of all that maintains the activity of living beings. The bodies which populate the cosmos, too, must find again in this description, but it will be the subject of another work.
That brightens us on the living, on its mechanisms, on evolution and on the nature of our Universe. It is one of the strongest evidences of all that is written in this work.
