For a long time men interrogated about extraterrestrials.
Do they exist ? - What are they made of ? - What do they look like ?
Those who admit their existence generally think they must present similitude whith us. For affirming that their grounds are :
The same physical constraints are acting everywhere in Universe. They have shaped living organisms on Earth ; they must have worked in the same way elsewhere.
Carbon biochemistry and its laws are, as we know, the sole apt to build life adapted structures.
One emerging intelligence must be like ours whereas our form of logic contains something universal.
At the outset, there was sheer hypothesis, but they raised up researchs in many directions. I present a few of them in the frame.
Enlighten by the works published on this site, I feel in a position to add some elements to the debate and to state that extraterrestrials, if they exist, must be very similar to us at least on these points :
I pointed out that on Earth living beings are built by well defined successive organization levels - atomic, molecular, enzymatic, cellular, animal...- according to a classification pattern that we find also in structure of heavenly bodies and that should be universal. Hence it should apply to all structured objects of Universe, therefore to extraterrestrials.
More, in each level, the number of components is set very precisely by the cosinus curve which spread through all these levels from hydrogen atom to Univers. These two extrema have everywhere the same value, hence they fix the mass of all objects they enclose, including extraterrestrials. These ones, being at an equivalent organisation level, must have masses comparable whith humans'.

that extraterrestrials must also be appreciably at the same evolution stage as we are and that their regulation mechanisms must present certain aspects like ours.
Hence, if one day we come into contact with extraterrestrials, it is more than likely they stun us by their resemblance to us, physical resemblance, but also moral resemblance marked by a strong desir of communication an information exchange. Be ready.
